An established Australian financial services business is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support its growing non-bank lending business, specialising in residential mortgages and commercial property lending.

This is an prospect to join a hands-on team and support regulatory compliance across consumer credit and lending activities.

Key responsibilities
Support the compliance framework and ongoing monitoring activities.




Interpret and apply NCCP Act requirements and Australian Credit Licence obligations.
Conduct compliance reviews, testing and reporting.
Maintain compliance policies, procedures and registers.
Identify regulatory risks and work with stakeholders to address compliance issues.

About you
Experience in compliance within non-bank lending, fintech, retail banking or broader financial services.
Working knowledge of the NCCP Act and consumer credit regulations.
Understanding of Australian Credit Licence obligations.
Solid analytical skills, attention to detail and stakeholder management capabilities.
