Pathways Residences in Sydney's Longueville, NSW 2066, seeks an experienced Executive Manager (facility manager) to lead our luxury residential aged-care home. The role commands a salary in the $165k–$175k pa range, plus super, bonus, and leave loading.

This newly built residence opened in November 2025 with 120 rooms and a solid leadership team. You will oversee 130 current staff with a target of 300+ at full occupancy and ensure premium care and compliant operations.
