Job Description

The scope of the opportunity will include but not be limited to:
Prepare and review financial analysis to support property development planning and decision-making.
Develop financial models that clarify project assumptions, costs and expected outcomes.
Analyse financial results and explain key movements to support practical business discussions.
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for development-related work.
Provide clear financial information to stakeholders across the business.
Maintain accurate financial data and reporting materials for ongoing planning needs.




Identify practical insights from financial information to guide commercial priorities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Finance Business Partner (Property Development)' should have:
Experience in financial analysis, modelling, budgeting and forecasting.
Experience within property (Dev, Investments, Management)
Ability to interpret financial results and communicate clear, practical insights.
Capability to prepare accurate reports and financial information for business use.
Experience working with financial data to support planning and commercial decisions.
Confidence working across Accounting & Finance activities in a business-focused role.
A practical approach to organising financial information and meeting reporting needs.
