Australian Catholic University in North Sydney is seeking a Technology Support Officer to deliver remote IT service support across ACU campuses. You’ll use service management tools to triage requests, provide guidance, and resolve issues for staff, academics, students and visitors. The role includes afterhours and weekend rosters to meet service needs.

The position offers hybrid work flexibility at the North Sydney campus and is supported by ACU's generous advantages and superannuation.
