Mventech Group, with its Australian arm, is seeking a Lead Estimator to own the cost basis for mining capital projects from scoping through execution. You will set estimating standards for the Australian business and lead multidisciplinary teams across Australia and the Group’s South African hub, ensuring high-quality, defendable estimates.

You will mentor estimators, manage cost models reflecting Australian market conditions, and present outcomes to clients and investment committees.
