Gildas, part of The Firedoor Group, is seeking a Section Waiter (casual, ~25 hours per week) to join our fine dining team. You will deliver attentive, polished service in a rapid-paced, high-quality workplace.

You'll bring at least two years' experience in a fine dining setting, carry three plates, and be a robust communicator who engages guests with passion for food, wine and cocktails. Nights and weekends availability and Australian working rights required.
