Blue Light Card Pty is seeking an Operations Advisor to join its Customer Operations team in Sydney. You will respond to member queries across Zendesk and social channels, review membership applications, and ensure eligible essential workers gain frictionless access to the platform.

You’ll spot patterns and issues, flag them to the right teams, and help maintain a rapid, fair, and human experience for members. This six-month fixed-term contract offers hybrid working in Sydney.
