actingforarangeofCommonwealthandNSWgovernmentdepartmentsandagencies
independentlyrunningsubpoena-relatedapplications,includingappearingincourtsandtribunalsacrossNSW




handlingparliamentaryrequestsfortheproductionofdocuments
broaderadministrativelaw,judicialreviewandcomplexlitigationmatters

experienceadvisingCommonwealthand/orStateGovernmentclients(exposuretolawenforcementagenciesisaplus)
excellentdraftingandcommunicationskills,withcloseattentiontodetail
confidencerunningmattersthroughtoresolution
theabilitytomanageabusy,deadline-drivenpractice
