GV Health in the Greater Shepparton region is seeking a Social Worker to deliver ambulatory aged care services in a community setting. The role is part‑time, supports a multidisciplinary team, and focuses on planning and implementing high quality social work interventions for clients and families.

The successful candidate will hold a tertiary Social Work qualification and be eligible for AASW membership, with demonstrated assessment skills, person‑centred care approach, and robust communication.
