icare is seeking a Client Advisor to join the CTP Care team in NSW. You will manage a portfolio of treatment and care claims, review medical information, and coordinate services to support recovery goals in a person-centred way.

You will work with clients, health specialists and insurers to determine appropriate treatment and care within legislative guidelines, building relationships and communicating decisions clearly and sensitively.
