GV Health in Greater Shepparton is seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide reception, clerical and administrative support across wards. The role includes patient registration, handling paperwork for treatment and maintaining patient privacy, with rostered hours that may include weekends and public holidays.

The CSO reports to the Nurse Unit Manager and Information Service manager, and may assist in other GV Health areas as required. A rolling roster means shifts may vary from 7am to 8pm.
