Experienced Dental Receptionists | Growing Centre
Full Time | Mix of Weekday and Weekend Shifts

Our Mitchelton centre is growing, and we're looking for experienced Dental Receptionists to join the team in a full-time position!

Build your skills with exposure to dental assisting alongside your reception role

Availability required:
Full-time hours across a mix of weekday and weekend shifts
Regular rotating weekends (not every weekend)

What You'll Be Doing
Front-of-house reception duties, including greeting patients, check-in and check-out
Patient scheduling, phone enquiries and appointment coordination
Processing payments, health fund claims and patient account queries
Delivering a warm, skilled first impression for every patient
Supporting the clinical team with DA duties when required, including preparing treatment rooms and sterilisation
Working collaboratively with dentists and the wider team to keep the clinic running smoothly

About You
Previous dental/medical reception experience essential
Some Dental Assistant knowledge or experience ideally
Excellent communication skills with a warm, confident, patient-focused manner
Strong organisation and time management skills
Versatile and adaptable, with the ability to support the team as the centre grows
Reliable, skilled and team-focused
Available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, including regular rotating weekends
