AustCorp Executive in Brisbane seeks a General Manager to lead an advanced manufacturing facility with five-axis CNC machining, robotics and precision engineering. You will drive growth across defence, aerospace, automotive and niche markets, while owning P&L; and implementing scalable systems.

You will oversee 15+ staff through three managers, optimise ERP usage, and build a culture focused on performance, quality and commercial success in a growing operation.
