HC/MC Truck Driver – Refrigerated Transport

Multiquip Poultryis a national company dedicated to servicing the poultry industry across Australia. We manage all aspects of poultry transport—from moving feed and eggs to delivering live birds and processed products.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HC/MC Truck Driver for Refrigerated Transport to join our team based in Tamworth. While delivery routes vary daily a strong knowledge of the Sydney, Newcastle, and Brisbane areas is essential.

Must be flexible with varied shift start times. Start times can range from afternoon into evening and some early morning shifts available.

About the Role
Immediate start available with shifts of up to 12 hours
Regular delivery runs originating from Tamworth
Must hold Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) certification or willing to obtain
Weekend work opportunities available
Career development and cross-training opportunities within other divisions

About You
Hold a current HC or MC licence with a minimum of 2 years’ experience driving heavy vehicles




Proven experience in refrigerated transport
Confident reversing skills and the ability to operate heavy vehicles safely
Sound understanding of Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) and Chain of Responsibility requirements
Proficient in maintaining logbooks or electronic work diaries (EWD)
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Versatile with varying start times
Able to provide a current RMS driving record
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
