Thrive Community Services is seeking a Support Worker in NSW to work in Supported Independent Living. You will support clients to build skills, promote independence, and help them reach personal goals in a compliance-driven setting.

The role requires a Cert IV (or willingness to obtain) in Mental Health, Youth Work, or Disability, a NSW driver’s license, and checks including NDISWC and WWCC. Shifts include days, evenings, sleepovers, and weekends.
