Manage immigration matters from initial consultation through to outcome.
Provide explicit advice on visa eligibility, options and pathways.
Prepare and lodge visa applications and supporting submissions.
Liaise with clients, employers and the Department of Home Affairs.
Maintain accurate files and manage deadlines.

u
Current OMARA registration or admission as an Australian legal practitioner with a current practising certificate.
Experience in Australian immigration law and visa applications.
Robust drafting, communication and organisational skills.
A skilled, caring approach to client service.
Experience with employer-sponsored, skilled, partner and student visas will be highly regarded.

You will work alongside our legal and migration team, with administrative support for invoicing, cost agreements, client calls and file notes.
