About the Role

An exciting casual opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious and iconic luxury retail brand at beautiful Melbourne store. Working approx 15 hours per week (flex) from ASAP until end of January, this role is perfect for someone with a passion for luxury retail and delivering outstanding, elevated client experiences.
You will be part of a close-knit team, supporting daily store operations and representing the brand with sophistication and professionalism at all times.

What Youu0027ll Be Doing
Delivering an exceptional and memorable client experience at every interaction
Building and maintaining relationships with current and existing clients
Supporting daily store operations including stock management and visual merchandising
Maintaining impeccable store presentation and back-of-house standards
Participating in stock counts and assisting with deliveries




Representing the brand with professionalism and warmth

What Weu0027re Looking For
Previous experience in luxury or premium retail
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service
Polished, professional presentation and communication style
A positive team player who thrives in a rapid-paced retail environment
Flexibility to work 3–4 shifts per week including weekends

Whatu0027s on Offer
$34.82 per hour + superannuation (penalty rates for weekends)
Casual engagement — approx 15 hours/week
