Job Description

Coordinate office supplies and service requests to maintain well-stocked, functional shared areas.

Welcome clients and visitors to the office

Manage meeting rooms and boardrooms, ensuring spaces are presentation-ready

Coordinate catering and refreshments for meetings and events

Maintain kitchen and hospitality areas

Provide reception support as required

Assist with office events and functions

Support the administration team with day-to-day tasks





Help ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally at all times

The Successful Applicant

Comfort working across a Secretarial & Business Support function and responding to changing office needs.

Previous experience in front of house, reception, hospitality or customer service

Polished and professional presentation

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Passionate about providing exceptional customer service

Stable work history with positive tenure

Looking for a long-term career opportunity

Able to thrive in a corporate or skilled services environment

What's on Offer

Salary: $75,000 package

Location: Brisbane CBD

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
