Northern Health is launching a current state-of-the-art compounding suite in early 2027. The Team Leader will partner with the Senior Pharmacist – Compounding Services to design workflows, lead technicians and ensure aseptic production is safe and compliant.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop SOPs, train staff and monitor quality controls across multiple campuses. This permanent full time role offers a structured career path and robust benefits.
