We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing construction business delivering high-quality projects across Sydney. This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams.
The successful candidate will be a proven project leader with solid commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering construction projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement through to completion and handover.
Lead project teams and coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
Drive strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery.
Monitor project performance and implement strategies to achieve programme and financial objectives.
Manage contract administration, variations, claims,



and commercial outcomes.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project staff.

About You
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of construction project management experience.
Proven experience delivering commercial, industrial, fit-out, residential, or mixed-use projects.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and project controls.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead multiple workstreams and make sound commercial decisions.
Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative and proactive approach.
