Smiggle Highpoint is seeking a fun-loving Store Manager to lead our Melbourne West team. You’ll coach and develop your people, drive sales, and spread the Smiggle joy every day in a colorful, energetic store workplace that delights kids and parents alike.

This full time role requires weekend and public holiday availability. You’ll own stock management, scheduling, visual merchandising, and brand events, while maintaining an outstanding customer experience and achieving store KPIs.
