The Opportunity

We’re looking for recent or experienced on‑road Solar & Battery Sales Professionals to service the Gold Coast/Brisbane/Toowoomba/Ballina/Sunshine coast and surrounding areas.

This is a contract role with uncapped commissions (Commission‑only) and realistic earning potential of $250,000+ OTE. No cold calling. No door‑knocking. Just high‑intent appointments and a team that knows how to support closers.

What You’ll Be Doing
Running in‑home consultations
Understanding each homeowner’s energy use and goals




Recommending tailored solar + battery solutions
Presenting explicit proposals focused on ROI and long‑term savings
Managing contracts and clean handovers to our operations team
Providing a premium experience that drives referrals and repeat business

What We’re Looking For
On‑Road Solar & Battery Sales Professional
Proven track record closing high‑ticket, consultative deals
Strong communication and presentation skills
Professional, ethical and customer‑focused approach
Self‑driven, reliable and comfortable working autonomously
Follow up king/Queen is a must
