What does this role look like:
End-to-end recruitment of permanent staff, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and placement
Building robust relationships with clients and candidates to ensure best organisational fit
Build talent pools and foster robust candidate networks
Strong existing client base
Contribute to building best practice recruitment systems
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in recruitment,
labour hire or workforce coordination.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in recruitment systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
