The Role

We are currently hiring for both full-time and weekend-only positions.

As a Roadside Assistance Technician, you’ll be the friendly face and skilled qualified helping motorists get back on the road. You’ll attend callouts across Sydney, diagnosing and resolving minor mechanical, battery, electrical, and lockout issues on-site.

Key responsibilities include:
Responding to breakdowns and emergency roadside callouts
Performing jump-starts, battery replacements, tyre changes, fuel deliveries,



and lockout assistance
Diagnosing vehicle issues and advising customers on next steps
Delivering excellent customer service, even in high-pressure situations
Accurately recording job details and maintaining tools and stock

About You

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on individuals who enjoy working in the field and helping others.

Essential requirements:
Automotive mechanical certification and/or roadside assistance experience
Current valid driver’s licence
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with a calm, qualified attitude
