Rossi Bar in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the dining room and front-of-house team. You'll own daily service, drive guest satisfaction, and work with the Venue Manager to maintain high standards across a busy venue.

With 2+ years in management, you'll control rostering, costs, and reporting while upholding food safety and RSA requirements. Immediate start in a full time role within a thriving multi-venue group.
