Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park seeks an experienced full time Head Chef to lead Joseph's Restaurant kitchen, shaping a seasonal, produce-driven menu within the Lancemore Hotel Group. You will drive daily operations, mentor the brigade and ensure top quality plates for discerning guests.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will manage ordering, food cost, rostering and safety standards while collaborating with front-of-house to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
