Maestro Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Chiosco by Ormeggio in Mosman, Sydney. This full time role leads on-floor operations, develops the FOH team, and ensures polished, guest-focused service on a waterfront site.

You will partner with the Restaurant Manager, supervise the team, and drive exceptional guest experiences while managing rostering, cost controls, and daily reporting. This is a step toward future Restaurant Manager prospects within Maestro Hospitality.
