Manila in Canberra Bakery is seeking a Full time Assistant Baker to support the daily production of Filipino breads, pastries, cakes and baked products. The successful candidate will work closely with the bakery team to ensure consistent quality and effective production.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist with the preparation and baking of breads, pastries and baked goods.
-Weigh, mix and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
-Prepare Filipino bakery products such as pandesal, ensaymada, spanish bread and other traditional baked goods.
