The successful candidate will assist in food preparation, cooking, stock control, and maintaining food safety standards while delivering high-quality Filipino cuisine and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
-Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
-Assist chefs in the preparation of authentic Filipino dishes and daily specials.
-Portion, prepare and store food ingredients.
-Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
-Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
-Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
-Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety regulations.
