Position Overview:
CELL PROJECTS Pty Ltd - Specialists in formwork, reinforcement and concrete works, delivering structural construction solutions across building projects.

As a Carpenter you will be responsible for constructing, installing and maintaining formwork and associated timber structures to support concrete construction. This position requires accurate workmanship, practical problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to site safety.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
Interpret building plans, specifications and drawings to determine formwork carpentry requirements for concrete structures.
Measure, mark, cut and shape timber, plywood and other materials for formwork and temporary structural supports.
Assemble, erect and secure formwork systems for concrete slabs, beams, columns and walls.
Install and align timber frames, bracing and supporting components using hand and power tools.
Inspect completed formwork for correct dimensions, levels, stability and compliance with project specifications.




Dismantle formwork safely after concrete curing and prepare reusable components for subsequent construction stages.
Coordinate formwork installation sequences with reinforcement and concrete crews to support project schedules.
Maintain tools, equipment and work areas, identifying defects and arranging appropriate repairs or replacements.
Follow site safety procedures, participate in pre-start discussions and report hazards or workmanship concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:
Relevant qualification.
Minimum 1 year experience as a Carpenter
Ability to interpret construction drawings and work accurately to measurements and levels.
Proficiency with carpentry tools and secure construction work practices.
Strong teamwork, communication and time-management skills.

Salary:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $79,000 - $90,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
