this is your opportunity to make your mark at one ofQueensland's favourite Greek street food brands.Availability Type:Breakfast/Lunch & Dinner Flexibility withFriday & Saturday night shiftsWhat You'll Be Doing• Opening and closing the restaurant to a high standard• Leading and supporting team members including juniors• Training and developing staff to achieve outstanding results• Monitoring store performance and meeting KPIs• Handling customer complaints and resolving concerns professionally• Food preparation including deep fryer and grill operation• Cash handling and register operation• Keeping the restaurant clean and maintaining food safety standardsWhat We're Looking For• Previous experience in a Team Leader or Shift Leader role in fast food or hospitality• A natural leader who can motivate and support a team• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude• Reliable, organised and able to perform under pressure• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and school holidays• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and hygieneWhy Join Us?
