We are an established, award winning, fast-growing Australian owned business, specialising in the design and build of high-quality custom homes across Victoria.Our focus is to maintain the utmost levels of professionalism , friendly and quality customer service for our customers and we constantly strive to place ourselves at the forefront of the building industry.We are expanding ourteam and are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant in North Melbourne to join us.The roleAs our enthusiastic, skilled and punctual New Homes Sales Consultant you'll be responsible for below listed duties.Managing high volume leads, following up with customer queries and achieving sales targetsProviding customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectationsDeveloping and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, real estate agents and localcommunity providers.Preparation of Quotations & Sales documentation for clients.Ensuring all sales documentations are executed accurately and within a timely fashion.Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales.Contacting potential customers via telephone,



email and face to face.Working on KPI's and revenue targets as set by the sales managerArranging meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate products.Negotiating prices with potential customers and closing sales.Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.Building long term relationships with new and existing customers.Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively.Working closely with other departments and finding opportunities to cross sell.What you needEnergetic , customer focused and self motivated personalityMinimum of 3 yearexperience in New Homes Sales industry, experience in custom builds are preferred.Experience working with computers and range of IT softwareFull unrestricted Australian Working rightsA bit more about youAs anexceptional communicator (both written and verbal), you will possess the ability tobuild rapport and have close working relationships with all stakeholders.It is also key that you possesswell-developed knowledge and experience in design and sales strategies.What we offerCompetitive retainer & commission will be paid.Great team environment and support.Rapidly expanding team - growth opportunities.
