Blackall Range Care Group is seeking a part time Physiotherapist to deliver person-centred physiotherapy services across Sunshine Coast & Gympie communities.
You will assess, plan and implement interventions to promote rehabilitation, mobility and safe living at home.The role supports clients to maintain independence, with a focus on falls prevention and functional outcomes within community settings.
Excellent communication and a collaborative approach are essential.
