If you're passionate about technology, enjoy solving complex technical problems, and want your work to have a lasting impact beyond the office, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesProviding second-line technical support to staff across multiple countries and time zones, helping ensure people remain connected, secure, and productive.Providing technical support across Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, endpoint devices, networking, and collaboration platforms.Investigating and resolving escalated technical issues while delivering an exceptional support experience.Supporting cybersecurity, identity and access management, and endpoint compliance.Assisting with system upgrades, deployments,
