The Living Company in Sydney is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer for a 12-month fixed-term, in office role within our vibrant student living platform.
You will manage rent billing, resident bonds, and improve reporting and internal controls, working closely with on-site and leasing teams.Day-to-day tasks include direct debit runs, AR ageing, bank reconciliations, and revenue recognition in NetSuite, StarRez integration, and liaising with property teams to collect outstanding rent.
