Due to an internal promotion, they are now seeking an accountant who enjoys stakeholder engagement to join their team.The RoleReporting to the Accounting Team Leader, you will have a strong focus on process and procedure improvement while working with your stakeholders in terms of their financial and operational performance.
Your role will be broad and encompass a strong reporting and analysis focus and stakeholder engagement across the business.Duties will include, but not be limited to:End of month and end of financial year reporting for managementP&L; variance analysis and commentaryDevelopment and review of budgets and forecastsKPI reportingProcess improvementsStakeholder engagement aimed at building stronger links to the finance functionOther adhoc duties as requiredThe CandidateProactive and results oriented,



we are seeking an Accountant with experience working across the full EOM process in a medium to large business or someone looking to make the leap from Business Services to commerce.
Ideally recently CA/CPA or studying towards, you will have:Strong technical accounting skills with a focus on internal controls and process improvementExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levelsHigh intermediate to advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical focus and the ability to assess and improve processesA highly driven attitude and enjoyment of working within a high-performing, team-based environment that likes to have fun while they workWhat's on offer?
