Our client in the Hospitality Industry is currently seeking an ethical, loyal and trustworthy Senior Bookkeeper to join their team based in Sydney's CBD.This is a hands on role and we are looking for someone that is very organised and experience to manage the day to day accounting requirements.
It is a outstanding opportunity to be involved with this successful company and be part of a great team.You must have recent, relevant experience working with MYOB.Your duties & responsibilities will include but is not limited to:High Volume Accounts PayablePayroll, superannuation & associated dutiesLiaising with supplier complianceMonthly ReportingManaging the accounting system, data processing & journal entriesHelping with extra ad hoc duties from senior management and staffHelping with Monthly,



Quarterly and EOFY financial dutiesTo be successful for the role you will need to meet the below criteria:Ideally have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar roleExperience in all accounting functions end to endAt minimum intermediate experience with Microsoft ApplicationsExperience with MYOB a mustHave a related qualification in accountingFluent in English - writing and speakingMust be a quick learnerMust be a team player & also able to work independentlyMust be trustworthy, honest and proactive with the ability to think on their feetExcellent written and verbal skillsHigh attention to detailGood work ethic
