Due to ongoing growth and continued investment in its finance function, they are now seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join their team.
Operating within a high-volume setting, this role will suit a payroll professional who has worked with large, complex payroll systems and is looking to step into a true 2IC position, supporting the Payroll Leader while taking ownership of day-to-day processing within a close-knit, collaborative team.ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:Overseeing the end to end payroll processing for staffSenior stakeholder engagement with staffProving accurate information in response to employee queriesIdentifying and implementing operational efficiencies where relevantEnsuring a high level of data integrity is maintained at all timesImplementing and maintaining the reporting functionCandidate ProfileThe successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar position along with the following skills and attributes:Previous experience with a large payroll system such as SAP, iChris/ Chris 21, Micropay or ADPPrevious experience in full function payroll processingExcellent communication skills both written and verbalProven process improvement initiativesHigh attention to detail including prioritising and organising workloadAbility to manage competing priorities and work well under pressureConfident when dealing with stakeholders both internal and externalAble to take initiative and accountability for assigned taskWhat's on OfferExcellent salary - $110k + plus super & bonus (depending on experience)Opportunity to work for an employer of choiceCareer development and first-class training on offerClose knit team who enjoy working togetherUnrivalled staff benefits - including bonus, share options, career developmentTo discuss further, please contact Daniel at Sharp & Carter at
