safety, environmental, and community responsibilities within the project teamLead the project team by fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvementAbout YouExtensive experience as an Engineering Manager20 plus years major infrastructure experience and minimum 8 years' experience with Renewable Energy sectorMust hold a Bachelor of Electrical EngineeringDeep expertise in PLS-CADD software, tower/pole structural analysis, and line routing geometry.Mastery of insulation coordination, shielding, grounding systems, and high-voltage direct current (HVDC) or alternating current (HVAC) technology.Heavy familiarity with local grid standards, environmental constraints, easements, and zoning regulations.The capability to manage EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) partners, raw material supply chains (steel, conductors), and specialized field labor.Experience mitigating budget overruns, allocating resources dynamically when staffing shortages hit, and navigating material cost inflation.Ability to lead, inspire and motivate diverse teamsAdept at identifying key stakeholders and engage their supportAdvanced level of influencing, interpersonal and negotiation skills that establish productive relationships and partnershipsKnowledge of and willingness to commit to and work within Samsung C&T; Australia valuesSamsung C&T; Corporation is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams.
