The role offers autonomy, close partner support and the opportunity to build trusted, long-term client relationships.Key responsibilitiesDraft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including services, supply, distribution, confidentiality and shareholder agreementsAdvise on business sales and acquisitions, restructures and general corporate transactionsProvide practical advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and commercial riskManage matters from initial instructions through to completion, with appropriate partner guidance and support,
