and our companion model of care fosters a sense of family and belonging among residents.Key ResponsibilitiesLead clinical care delivery ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory obligationsOversee care planning, admissions reviews, and changes in resident conditionMonitor and analyse clinical indicators, incidents and risk trendsApply evidence-based practice to improve outcomesBuild relationships with GPs, hospitals and allied health providersEnsure adherence to Aged Care Act **** requirements and reporting obligationsDrive continuous improvement, audit readiness, and clinical excellenceLead compliance with incident management and accreditation standardsFoster a values-led, high-performing cultureOversee education, onboarding and competency developmentAbout YouRegistered Nurse with AHPRA registration (minimum 3 years)Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams in residential aged careAn excellent understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACCAbility to lead change, manage risk, and improve outcomesA visible, values-led leader who is a natural mentor with a passion for building high-performing teamsWhy Opal HealthCare?
