Aston Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Sydney team, leading the delivery of multidisciplinary engineering projects and playing a key role in the continued growth of our business.This is an opportunity for an experienced building services professional who is ready to take the next step in their career — combining technical expertise with project leadership, client relationships and team development.About the RoleAs Associate Director, you will take a senior role across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, working closely with clients, architects, project managers, contractors and our internal engineering teams.You will be responsible for:Leading the delivery of multidisciplinary building services projects from concept through to completionProviding technical direction, design oversight and strategic engineering adviceManaging project scope, programme, resources and delivery outcomesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholdersLeading and mentoring engineers and supporting the development of the wider teamCoordinating multidisciplinary engineering services to deliver integrated project outcomesReviewing technical documentation, designs and project deliverablesIdentifying project opportunities and contributing to business development and new workRepresenting Aston in client meetings,



project discussions and industry engagementsSupporting the continued growth and development of Aston's Sydney operationsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a confident and experienced engineering skilled with:Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in building services engineeringExperience delivering and managing multidisciplinary engineering projectsStrong technical understanding across building servicesProven experience managing client relationships and project stakeholdersStrong project management, communication and leadership skillsThe ability to lead teams while remaining engaged with technical project outcomesA proactive, solutions-focused approach to project deliveryStrong written and verbal communication skillsA degree in Engineering recognised by Engineers AustraliaWhy Aston?
