Don Hodge Group is seeking an experienced Venue Ops Manager for Lake Macquarie Tavern.
Lead daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming and bottleshop, and mentor a team of managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.You will drive sales, ensure compliance, and champion a positive workplace culture while collaborating with head office on marketing, events and community partnerships.
RSA, RCG and TAB certificates are required.
