We are in a period of growth, and with exciting projects, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our thriving team for our project in the inner north-west of Brisbane.
About you:
You will be an experienced Site Manager with experience on $10M to $15M projects.
You will have experience across a range of builds including education and who hasknowledge and experience in cohesive, safe and quality commercial project deliveries.Working with ourhighly motivated and supportive team, this is a crucial position that requires you to have a positive attitude and real passion for commercial construction projects.
You will also demonstrate a strong level of communication skills along with experience managing a team of Foremen, Leading Hands and Safety Officers.
This role will see you:
Managing commercial construction projects across various sectors;Managing quality, safety and environmental processes;Programming (using Microsoft Project) and co-ordination of construction works;Working to project programto meet deadlines and budget;Understanding of building methodologies, QHSE Act,



Legislation and Building Code;Reading and interpreting plans and specifications accurately;Managing delivery oflarge structural and services heavypackages;Advantageous to this role is a relevant trade background or tertiary education.
Part of our recruitment and onboarding process will require the successful candidate to undertake a medical assessment and provide a current Police Check.You must have a legal entitlement to work in Australia.
