We are currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join the production team on a labour hire basis at a large-scale open-cut operation near Glenden, Central Queensland.About the RoleThis hands-on production role will see you working across multiple pits on site, operating a range of equipment to support production targets within a high-performing mining team where safety, teamwork and reliability are key.Equipment across site includes:Haul Trucks: CAT 793Loaders: Komatsu 600, 900Dozers: CAT D9, D10, D11Graders:



CAT 24M, Komatsu 955About You:Demonstrated experience in open-pit mining operationsProven operating experience across haul trucks, loaders, dozers, graders, loadersStrong safety mindset and ability to follow site proceduresAbility to work both independently and within a production teamWhat's on Offer:$79 p/hr + Superannuation & Coal LSL on all hours workedLabour hire opportunities with immediate start available7/7 rotating day and night rosterDIDO & BIBO options from Mackay & TownsvilleCamp facilities with meals provided!
Onboarding Requirements:Current Standard 11 and Coal Board MedicalValid RII competencies and/or Training Transcripts for relevant machineryCurrent National Police CheckCurrent Australian Driver's Licence
