You will partner with lawyers, partners and business leaders to drive growth, strengthen client relationships and raise the firm's profile across the technology sector.You will:Work with the Technology and IP partners on practice growth plans, tracking priorities, actions and outcomesMonitor market, competitor and client activity and turn it into practical BD ideasAnalyse revenue, pipeline and client data to inform priorities and decisionsSupport client targeting and client plans, including research,



meeting coordination and follow upCoordinate and deliver pitches, proposals and RFP responses with partners and the BD teamPrepare capability statements, credentials, presentations and client facing materials for the technology sectorManage pursuit timelines and keep pipeline and opportunity data accuratePlan and deliver campaigns, thought leadership, webinars and client eventsWork with Communications on publications, media, digital channels and industry commentaryCoordinate industry association, network and event partner relationshipsSupport the adoption of CRM, reporting tools and AI across the BD team and contribute ideas on how the national team worksAbout youAround two to five years in business development or marketing, ideally in a law firm or another professional services environment; legal, financial or advisory services preferredExperience supporting pitches, client programmes, campaigns or eventsStrong writing, with proposals, presentations and marketing materials you are proud ofResearch and analytical skills, with the ability to pull insight out of data and turn it into actionOrganised and calm with competing priorities and deadlinesProactive and resourceful, comfortable taking initiative and working with senior stakeholdersAn interest in technology, innovation and AI, and how they can make BD more effectiveTertiary qualifications in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline preferredWhat is on offerTop of market remuneration, up to 26 weeks paid parental leave, additional annual leave, a subsidised cafe and gym membership, end of trip facilities and a flexible, professional working environment.
