Their culture is built on honest, direct communication, a strong focus on clients, and constant innovation, including actively building AI into how they work and deliver value.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to deliver management accounting and commercial advisory support to clients while being mentored and developed into a trusted commercial adviser and future Fractional CFO.
The role can start as part-time or full-time, with a pathway to a permanent full-time leadership position.Reporting directly to the Founder and CFO, some of your responsibilities will include:Preparing monthly management accounts and client Board reporting packsFinancial performance analysis, budget versus actual reporting and financial statement analysisManaging month-end,



end-of-financial-year processes and KPI reportingSupporting the Fractional CFO team with cash flow forecasting, financial modelling, scenario analysis and budget preparationAssisting clients with funding applications, capital raising, mergers, acquisitions, due diligence and R&D; reportingUsing AI tools to improve the speed, quality and insight of reporting, analysis and modellingSupporting teammates locally and offshore and helping coordinate workflow across teamsAssisting with client proposals and business development activities from time to timeAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:A degree in accounting, finance or commerceAt least 5 years' relevant accounting or management accounting experienceCA or CPA qualification, or working towards it (highly regarded)Experience with cloud accounting platforms such as Xero (highly regarded)A genuine interest in AI and current use of tools like ChatGPT, Claude or CopilotVibrant, positive energy, proactive, excellent people skills and a love of learningStrong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlinesWhat's in it for You?
