delivering a first-class customer experience.Share knowledge and guide junior support team members.What you'll bring:Proven L2/L3 support experience in a corporate environment.Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows, macOS, Google Workspace, Entra ID, Intune and Jamf.Excellent troubleshooting skills and the confidence to take ownership.A customer-first mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.A practical, proactive approach — comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative technology team where you will have real ownership, broad technical exposure and the chance to make an immediate impact.The role is Sydney based.
