This role sits in a small team reporting to the Finance Systems & Automation Lead.ResponsibilitiesOwn day to day NetSuite support and administration, including troubleshooting issues, configuration changes, user access, saved searches and reportingSupport broader finance systems, automation and transformation initiatives across the businessWork with finance users to understand pain points and manual workarounds, and recommend ways to simplify and automate processesContribute to recent system implementations,



including a procurement system and a project management system used by operational teamsRun workshops and document requirements, process flows and acceptance criteria for internal technology teams and external vendorsCoordinate testing and UAT, manage defects and support go live and hypercareFind faster ways to get data out of NetSuite and into reporting the business can act onSupport system controls, including change management, segregation of duties and audit requestsHelp manage a backlog of finance improvement work, delivered in regular short cyclesRequirementsCA or CPA qualified2 to 5 years of experience in finance systems, business analysis, finance transformation or a related roleHands on experience supporting or administering NetSuite, including troubleshooting, configuration changes, user access and permissions, saved searches and reportsSolid knowledge of core finance processes such as procure to pay, order to cash and record to report, and how they run within the systemExperience gathering requirements, mapping processes, testing and implementing system changesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsClear communicator who can work with finance users, technical teams and vendorsExperience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, integrations or AI tools such as Copilot is a plusWhat's on OfferBroad scope across NetSuite, systems projects, data and automationClose guidance from a hands‐on manager and regular contact with senior stakeholdersRoom to take on more ownership as the business and finance function grow
