When HAIL hits, our team deploys rapidly to establish temporary, high-volume repair hubs.In this agile, field-based role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of a storm response—from fast-paced site setup and logistics to managing specialized Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) technicians and final quality control.Key ResponsibilitiesRapid Site Deployment: Oversee the quick setup, logistical management, and daily workflow of mobile hail repair facilities in heavily hit storm zones.Software & Estimation: Manage high-volume digital workflows, quoting, and repair variations.Technician Coordination: Schedule, manage, and quality-check local and international PDR technicians and sub-contractors under tight deadlines.Insurance Liaison:
